2-HOW TO ORDER A VEHICLE

To order a vehicle, you must order and pay a deposit of 25% of the price of the vehicle if you wish to pay in monthly installments or the rest on delivery and we will issue you a purchase order so that the vehicle will be sent to you within 3 to 5 days depending on the start of boarding the car. Delivery costs €500 throughout Europe and €1300 on the islands.

The price of the vehicle is included with legalization, the penalty, papers in your name and the official registration plate of your country. Our company undertakes to provide customers with all the documents upon delivery of the vehicle included in the price of the vehicle:

– REGISTRATION CARD WITH OFFICIAL PLATE OF THE COUNTRY OF DELIVERY 

– CERTIFICATE OF NON-PLEDGE

– TECHNICAL CONTROL

– SERVICE BOOK

– INVOICE MAINTENANCE

– MILEAGE CERTIFICATE

The vehicle will be delivered with a W plate to pass the testing time which will be 14 days. 

After delivery, a garage will be assigned to you within your area to take care of your warranty and to whom you can contact with the slightest problem. The problem will be resolved automatically throughout the warranty period.

*Easy Payment 

Mandatory contribution of 25% (of the price of the vehicle) when ordering and the rest (75%) in monthly payment over a maximum of 60 months or if you have the possibility you can pay it off upon delivery of the car. Delivery 500€ throughout Europe and 1300€ on the islands. 

In case you want to collect the vehicle, you must first reserve it with 10%, because without reservation there is no appointment at our dealership.

You have the right to choose another vehicle or get your money back if you do not like the vehicle you reserved. We do this to limit the significant demand for visit requests and prioritize those who really want to make a purchase. 

– NB : It is important to know that the preparation of the quote and order form is logically equivalent to stopping the sale of the vehicle on our platforms in order to avoid double orders, which is why the order form is sent only after ordering with the contribution of 25% of the price of the vehicle. 

3-HOW TO BE SURE THAT THE VEHICLE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

Before being published on our site and our various platforms, our vehicles are appraised by automotive professionals, upon receipt in our fleets, on at least 1000 checkpoints and sometimes more depending on used labels specific to certain brands. . In addition, before delivery of a vehicle after an order, the vehicle undergoes mechanical and aesthetic bodywork preparation by certified preparers. Before delivery, an initial assessment is carried out when the vehicle leaves our logistics park. A second assessment will be carried out with the customer upon final delivery to establish that the vehicle conforms to what is presented on our site. Delivery will be carried out by an expert conveyor who delivers hundreds of vehicles per month. 

4-Checking the condition of the Vehicle

Upon delivery of the Vehicle. the Customer and the company (represented by its mandated deliveryman) will draw up a report of delivery of the vehicle. It will be noted in this delivery report:

-all accessories and documents given to the Customer (keys, W certificate, etc.)

– that the general condition of the Vehicle corresponds to the description sheet of the Vehicle made available to the Customer on its environment.

5-RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

– After delivery, in accordance with the law on internet consumption, you have 14 days to refuse or exchange the vehicle or get a refund without having to justify the reason or pay penalties.

-In the event of unsuitability for delivery, the vehicle may be refused or changed by the customer or refunded.

-In the event of non-delivery of the ordered item, the customer may file a complaint, cancel the transfer and request damages from our company.

-In the event of refusal to take the vehicle and the Customer’s desire to withdraw. The latter must complete the withdrawal form which will be given to him by the delivery person.

Any defective product must be reported before the warranty expires. If your car has a problem, you have the warranty period from the date of delivery to have it refurbished or exchange it.

The Customer who exercises his right of withdrawal must return simultaneously with the recovery of the Vehicle all the documents and accessories which were given to him during delivery of the Vehicle and appearing on the delivery report. The Company will then carry out an examination of the Vehicle and draw up a recovery report. The examination of the Vehicle will be carried out on the basis of the documents relating to the condition of the Vehicle transmitted to the Customer at the time of the order and on the basis of the delivery report.
